Yes and no - Of course you can choose either streaming or dowloading stores (these are marked by color) so that your release will be delivered only to the stores you’ve selected. 

Please note, however: Stores offering both streaming and downloading (also marked in color) will mirror their entire download catalog in their in-house streaming services without offering us a way to reverse it. 

Only iTunes offers the option to pick streaming (Apple Music) or download (iTunes) only, if you don't want to select both. Please note: If you delete Apple Music as a store, your release will automatically be deleted on Shazam as well. Shazam is no longer available as a separate store.
