Alongside PayPal, we have partnered with the payout provider Airwallex. Airwallex allows us to transfer funds to numerous countries without any additional fees charged by banks.
Airwallex verifies in advance that the payout information matches the recipient’s account details. Therefore, it is crucial that the account holder’s name, address, IBAN, and BIC exactly match the information registered in the recipient’s account.
If these details do not correspond, the payout will be canceled and refunded to your recordJet account. You can find the corresponding information in the “My Account” section, indicated by one of the following two messages:
"The payout #(payoutId) was canceled because the payout information (e.g. account holder, IBAN/BIC) is invalid."
"The payout #(payoutId) was canceled because your account information (e.g. address) could not be validated."
Please also make sure to enter only the actually required information completely in each field.
Please check the status of your payout in your recordJet account under "My Account" and contact our support team if you have any questions.
Special cases Turkey and Switzerland: if you have a TRY account or CHF account, please use this account when making the withdrawal.
