To delete your account on recordJet, please take down all of your releases by going to "My Music" and clicking "Delete". Then, balance your account if necessary.

Please note: It's possible that we may still be collecting revenue on your behalf even months later, due to the long payment processing times of some of the stores. A play or a download occurring today can take months to be credited to us. If you delete your data, we won't be able to pay you in the future. If you have also booked our Neighbouring Rights Service (label code) for one or more of your releases, this will be cancelled at the end of the current year after the release has been deleted.

Important: Income from the collecting societies may still be received years later. If you expect corresponding income, we can keep your account active free of charge, provided that all your releases have been deleted.

If you still wish to delete your account, you must confirm to us (coming from the email address of your recordJet account) that you waive your right to any future revenue and that we may retain it. We'll then take care of the rest.

You can also change your release deal if, for example, you no longer want to pay annual fees. To switch your deal, click here.
