Why does my account have a negative balance?

If your account is in the red, you should first check whether these are debited annual fees for your releases. You can find all debits under "My account" > "My bookings".

To avoid further annual fees, you are welcome to change your deal at any time: https://cockpit.recordjet.com/services/43

The fee corresponds exactly to the difference between the Premium and Basic amounts. There are therefore no additional costs for you.
