This is because a large number of artists and labels request their reports and credit notes at the same time. This results in a higher system load, which can unfortunately sometimes lead to delays. However, downloads should usually take no longer than 24 hours – in most cases, they are significantly faster.
If the amounts on the credit note and the report differ, it's because you downloaded them at the exact moment they were imported. If you download them again, the amounts will be identical. We apologise for any inconvenience.
