Basically, we have to differentiate between trends and credits.
Some stores - e.g. Apple Music - provide us with trends (i.e. estimates) as early as 24 hours after the sale, while we receive the actual credits at the earliest one month after the sale. These credits are collected by us, checked and then credited to your account on the 1st of the following month ("Credit Notes").
Some stores, on the other hand, take much longer for both trends and credit notes. Spotify for example needs at least 2-3 months to send us credits. But don't worry, as long as they are organic streams, you will receive your earnings gradually, depending on the processing speed of the stores.
Here you can find an overview of when we receive the credits from the stores according to our experience.
A more detailed listing of your credits can be found under "Reports" > "Stores". Feel free to check the last billed date per store or have a look at the corresponding CSV file - there you will see, among other things, which stores have already delivered revenues and until which date; then simply compare this with your trends. You can find the file under "Create Report".
